Question Does the EVGA 2080TI FTW3 ultra hybrid run cooler than the 3 fan version ?

I couldn't find any [printed] reviews of the hybrid card you're asking about, the GTX 1080ti version was one of the coolest cards tested, so my educuated guess would be that the performance would transfer over to the RTX lineup.
