Officially yes but you will find some people will be overclocking their FSB from 133mhz up to 166mhz fsb + so good quality PC2100 or fast PC2400 corsair ram will come in handy at those higher speeds.
Technically, no such thing as PC2400, it is just 2100 that should be able to overclock. Officially, no one supports PC2400 yet, so it will only show as 2100.
There is no guarantee that the FSB will reach higher than 133MHz. However, I think you will find that you should be able to reach higher with no problems as long as you don't have any especially sensitive PCI cards (RAID cards seems to cause problems a lot). PCI cards have a lot more trouble running out of spec than a chipset or CPU.
