One thing that has been a bit overlooked in this thread is food quality. The daily breakdown you gave us showed a ton of processed, low quality food, and a dearth of healthy vegetables and fats. You might want to research the Paleo diet which many have found to be very effective in terms of weight-loss and improvements in health markers (triglycerides, LDL, HDL, etc.). At the very least I would encourage eating more protein, *way* less starch, and *tons* more leafy greens and non-starchy vegetables, and also adding a fish oil supplement. You may not lose any weight as a result, but you'll be much healthier and will probably feel a ton better.
