How do we know that she wasn't a willing party and suing was part of her plan?

No woman LETS you put it in their hair. Trust me on this.
Even for a million bucks? You could get a nice wig plus change.

Yet another bullshit lawsuit. At worst, the guy should be fined/jailed for indecent exposure and sexual harassment/hazing.

Edit: Which he was after reading the article.

She is one of a growing list of women that I would not hesitate to physically injure.

So strangers should be able to blow their wad in your hair while you sleep? This something you encounter often?

Nope, he should face criminal and civil liability. However, he's apparently poorer than the airline who she decided to sue instead.

the hair is better than the eye.

personal experience? :Q

just kidding :Q

She should be suing the guy who did it, not the airline. Can you imagine the disclaimer they're going to have to start giving during the safety presentation?

The suit alleges that the during the investigation, American Airlines employees told police they witnessed the man move from his assigned seat into the row where the woman was sleeping.

If this part is accurate the airline may have a serious problem on its hands.

I'd hope that ejaculating onto someone who does not want you to ejaculate onto them is at least some kind of sexual assault. :Q

Changing seats during a flight is not all that out of the ordinary. Changing seats to masturbate onto someone is very much out of the ordinary, and not something the flight attendants could envision based on the fact that they saw the guy move.

In a jury trial, anything can happen. Her attorney will emphasize emotional damage and she will win.

And apparently they can't masturbate on complete strangers anymore and get away with it either. What happend to the America I know and loved?? 😛

Bitch should be suing the man instead of the airlines. Stupid girl just wants money and is willing
to sue the wrong group to get cash.

It's a very sticky situation for the airline.

Hopefully she won't come out on top in this lawsuit.

They're all whores, this one is just a $200,000 whore. At least her price is low. Either that or her self esteem only worth that much.

These suits can be costly to defend. Hopefully the airline won't blow their whole load on her.
