Does Semp 3100+ Come Socket A?

Do Sempron 3100+ processors come as socket A? I thought they cut off at 3000+ for socket A. But this website is selling it as socket a:

they made a mistake,the fastest semprom on socket A is the 3000+ the 3100+ is socket 754 only.

If you read the specifications it?s says socket 754 not A
There is a ?typo? in the product name
