Does Radeon Tweaker automatically set the clock speed back to default on reboot?

Every time I reboot, my Radeon LE is set back to it's default clock rate. I have to manually change it to 166 every time I boot!

Is this supposed to happen?

RadeonTweaker has an option for using the new frequency on startup. I am not at home, otherwise I would check to see what it is - take a look, it was pretty easy to find.
