Does paypal take out a % of the total price of an E-Check? I thought for non-cc payments they don't take any money out of the payment, but am i wrong?

Hi,

An echeck payment to a Business/Premier account would have a fee (max. 5.00).

I have a verified account linked to my savings account. I have 65 references with paypal. Also it's me sending someone else an E-Check and he's wondering if it will take out the $$$ of the money I give him. Is that enough info about the type of account I got?

its the receipients account that matters, ask him if he accepts CCs, if he does, he has a premeir account, then it will charge him a certain percentage of everything he receives, including e check.
