it sux definitely, and i wish there was a more popular alternative. As an ebay seller, I hate it. They charge me $10 for buyers who call their credit card and dispute the charges (or chargebacks), plus a 3 or 4% fee for the chargebacks. I had to be on the phone for like 30 minutes just to get the mess straightened out.
