Does PAX.mate work?

I'm thinking of trying this to quiet my case. Anyone used it, and does it work?

its alright, don't expect great results. I used it to quiet noisy areas in my case, and to pad in places of vibration. If you have a good deal on it, doesn't hurt, but don't pay full price and expect a quiet case.

What power supply you running?
