Does Oxygen content affect pH

Does it? I know the common things that affect pH, but i never knew about this one. Also does CO2 affect pH levels in water also?

no, oxygen disolved in water shouldn't effect the pH, CO2 does however, CO2+H20 -> H2CO3 which is carbonic(sp?) acid, this is what is in soft drinks of course, anyways, it forms H+ and HCO3-(bicrabonate anion).
