Does Outlook Express still work with Hotmail?

I am getting errors and am wondering if it is a change in policy or just server overload...

Don't use pop3 settings, use HTML settings. uncool

IIRC Outlook 2000 can't do Hotmail but Outlook XP can. Use HTTP settings for that.

Mine works
