Does Nyquil work?

I've been feeling a cold coming on for the past couple of days, and have had this CVS brand Nyquil stuff hangning around since last Winter and never took any until tonight...

So does this stuff work? 😀

Just use the Equate version from Walmart....same thing

OTC medication hardly ever has any real effect on me but Nyquil is a different beast. If I feel really ill I take 1.5 or 2x the recommended dose and try to see how long I can keep my eyes open.

btw I don't recommend taking it if you need to be awake early and be alert the next morning. I save this special medical treat for weekends.
