The answer to your question is yes...within reason. I've spent several thousand there myself and periodicly need assistance with quicker shipping. A quick call to their CS department has been all it takes...they'll look at your order history and see you're a regular big league customer and upgrade...if you're nice to 'em.
Are you aware of the freebies for positive reviews and comments?
If you send a link of this thread which includes some nice NewEgg comments to
service@newegg.com along with your customer # and/or sign in email address, they'll ship you out a box or two of promotional goodies...and you can do that way more than once. Postive comments at the review sites like PriceGrabber will also get you the goodies. You need to include those things like customer # PLUS the name you used to do the review.
