They already have some of the best prices available, with great customer service.

They would probably have to raise thier prices to offer coupons.

Newegg is a hot deal.

No need for coupons, they just have low prices. I just wish sometimes they were not located in CA, so I would not have to pay taxes. Fast shipping, good customer service also.

I wondered the same thing but I guessed they didn't need any because their prices are so low to begin with.

He wasn't asking for a coupon, he was asking about them. Chill.

sorry to stir the pot fellas. giggle. Thanks for the toleration, Yes i order almost all of the stuff i build with from them, and personnally never had to return anything i have bought from them; but ENOUGH with that if any of you guys order as much stuff from these people as i do, newegg is doing well!

What i should have asked is; "has anyone ever bought enough stuff from newegg that they were able to get them to make concessions on shipping or say they spent 10 grand with newegg in one year they got a cupon in the mail or say in thier email box?"

Hows that for a rephrasing of topic.

Hi Tinker,
On occasion they have rebates they pass on from other companies. Most of the time if there is a discount they pass it on to us immediately instead of screwing with you like some of the other companies out there. If I can help it I do not want to deal with coupons or rebates because of all the bull that goes along with it. 30-50% of the time I have not gotten my money which means I paid full price for the item when I could have bought it elsewhere for less. They are not dumb they keep up with the competitors and price accordingly. If you need something fast they have excellent service even with there fed ex super saver shipping I get the item in 2 days most of the time. If they are out of an item they let you know it so no surprices like "outpost.com" which in my opinion is the worst for service.

So coupons are nice but they do not make the company great. I look for reasonable rates and great service. I have really only found 6 or 7 great companies so far that offer terrific service with reasonable rates.

This may be the wrong forum for your question but it is OK to ask about coupons.

:)

The answer to your question is yes...within reason. I've spent several thousand there myself and periodicly need assistance with quicker shipping. A quick call to their CS department has been all it takes...they'll look at your order history and see you're a regular big league customer and upgrade...if you're nice to 'em.

Are you aware of the freebies for positive reviews and comments?
If you send a link of this thread which includes some nice NewEgg comments to service@newegg.com along with your customer # and/or sign in email address, they'll ship you out a box or two of promotional goodies...and you can do that way more than once. Postive comments at the review sites like PriceGrabber will also get you the goodies. You need to include those things like customer # PLUS the name you used to do the review.
PM me if you have any questions....no, I don't work for NE.
