Does Newegg delete negative product reviews?

I am inclined to think that they do, simply because I once reviewed a bunch of CDs they were selling and ripped it in the ass. I was not rude or inappropriate. Granted, I admitted buying them elsewhere (didn't name the store), but it was the same product, and the review simply never showed up.

Of course they do. I remember approximately when they adopted that policy. It even says so in their policy, like others have posted.

What I don't understnd is that they claim that they can't verify the validity of negative reviews......positive reviews are automatically valid, though. Why? If you have to verify the validity of negative reviews, why don't you have to verify the validity of positive reviews? Oh yeah; becuase newegg isn't about reviews, it's about making money.

almost every sff/shuttle forum i've seen have posts with people experiencing major problems. one of my co-workers loves his shutte (which is why i got one) but i'll probably never buy another one after my ordeal.
