Does newegg charge 15% on all returns?

Was thinking of sending back the 7950gt and getting a x1950pro instead. But their return thing said 15% restocking fee on refunds. Anyone know how it all works?

Soimetimes if yuo call them and give them a story...basically you didnt like the 7950....I haver had therm waive the restock fee!! But you need to talk to a live person!!

Yeah, how it works is that if you want to return anything for a refund, they keep 15%. If you are returning something because it broke and you want a replacement, no fee.

Right, that would be RMA.

If you are impatient and want it done quickly, then you have to return and reorder. Which would be 15% restocking.
