Does NE1 know if the Shuttle AK31 Rev 3.1 has a 1/5 PCI divider @ 166MHz??

If it did, it still wouldn't matter than much b/c it AFAIK can't hit 166fsb and that's when the divider would kick in. So, I don't think it does.
