Yup.

I have now added these addresses to my blocked list.

Also, I am sending you tons of spam in a few seconds.

do you think this could be a reason why I haven't gotten a call for any jobs I applied to?

I'm looking for a job, please be serious

I thought the content of the resume is what really matters

Is this e-mail address on the resume you submitted? Or, did you provide it in a webform of sorts?

Numbers are a sure sign of spam.

Not always. I have been using my old Quakeworld clan in my email address for the past 10 years. The name of the clan was 21+

So all of my email addresses start with 21

both

this email is on the resume, and I also emailed my resume directly to some people from this email account
my phone number is also in the resume so I'm assuming they would've called if they were interested right?

I was about to say no, but the employment market is so crazy right now that it's a possibility. You want everything you can control to look professional.

Good luck finding a job!

Ha, no that is not the reason.

Post your resume and we, AT, can look at it. I do HR and so do others here. That and many people here may work in your field and/or see things that jump out to them.

You also know to write a resume for each job you apply for. DON'T!!! Send the same resume for every job, that is spamming.

Yes it matters. The email you should put on your resume should be something like

firstname.lastname@gmail.com

Have that account set to forward to spammymcspammerton7694@my1337cl4n.net if you like, but have something semi-professional looking on your resume.

It doesn't always matter, but it can. I just went through a bunch of applications with the recruiting team and the only email that was like yours definitely got talked about. That person didn't make the cut, mostly for other reasons, but that surely didn't help.

You aren't getting call backs because 500 people are applying for each job. Also, remove any identifying info from your resume and post it so we can look at it for you.

Yes.

Anything for a resume should look as professional as possible. Go with a combination of first / last / middle name, ideally with no other characters. You can do LastMiddleFirst@domain.com, FirstMiddleLast@domain.com, FirstMInitialLast@domain.com, etc. If all are taken, use periods (Last.Middle.First@domain.com, etc.). Underscores are a possibility too, but less desirable since some people will have no clue what you're talking about if you spell it out over the phone. Try to be as consistent as possible, since something like Last.MiddleFirst@domain.com will likely confuse people - they will forget that only the first set of names have a period between them, and will likely mistype the email address occasionally.

Finally, use a respected email service. Your own (reasonable) domain would be best (@<my business name>.com), but not practical for everyone. Gmail is a good way to go, as is an email account supplied by your ISP. Try to avoid the less well-regarded email services, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, and AOL. They look far less professional.

It's very possible, particularly if it's IT or technical.

Your resume, email, etc is the only front-facing representation you present until you get an interview.. So no stupid fonts, no high-school email addresses (with birthyear etc.)...

For gmail at least (and maybe others too), dots don't matter at all.

hank.hill@gmail.com is the same as
hankhill@gmail.com is the same as

This. You need a professional email address and that means no silly numbers. Firstname.lastname or firstinitiallastname

of course it looks like spam. Too many numbers that don't make any sense too.
Also how comes you dared to put such a unprofessional and teeny looking email on a job application? I think it's common sense to have a separate professional address, that is easy to remember and contains your full name. You can always reroute it to your personal address (I did with gmail).
something like john.smith@gmail.com would be good
