That's like asking for the empircal formula of a Toyota Camry. You have to break it down into a bunch of enzyhmes and proteins and it gets fairly complex from there 🙂

I was just about to start a thread regarding milk so I may aswell just hijack this one 🙂

Can someone tell me what are the benefits of soy milk over regular milk? I have recently started working at a cafe and notice that a lot of the healthiest looking customers specify soy milk for their coffee. Is it just because they are lactose intolerant, or does soy milk have other health benefits? Is it worth switching to soy?
