So last night Huck once again asked Steven Colbert to be his running mate, and once again Colbert agreed.
So, Huck fans, does having a satirist/comedian with a funny ear as your candidates vice presidential running mate affect your support for Huck?

No, but it might make me wanna shoot Huckabee if he's elected.

IMO, we need a comedian as Pres.

Not really but if such a scenario were to go down, as implausible as it is I don't think Huckabee would live through his first year in office.

Someone would take him out.

Yeah probably.

Or some crazy guy who would love to see Colbert in the top slot just for the pure entropy of the whole situation.

Seeing Colbert meet with Putin would probably be the greatest thing ever.

he's been on his show... 3? 4? times now.

I think Huckabee is pretty camp-aware. say what you will about him, but he doesn't seem isolated/alienated from pop culture / modern america like a lot of other politicians who seem to be living in a bubble (Kerry comes to mind).

Yes it does.

Huckabee/Colbert or Huckabee/Paul I would vote for over Obama.
Huckabee/Any other Republican I would not.

This is at the expense of current/world affairs?

Wait, we already have a comedian for POTUS. I seriously would pay to see Bush doing stand-ups, as long as his acts are not harming or affecting anything.
