Does Live Drive 1 work with SB audigy OEM?

Hi I have a SB audigy OEM, I am planning to buy a Live Drive 1 that came with a SB live 5.1 card. I did some research and heard it will work. Just wanna ask around to be sure. So if you have any thoughts please post them. Thx.
