I Need to buy a new Monitor for Multitasks and I found this Monitor LG E2240s LED.

Does this good? What is the advantages and what is the cons?

Don't worry about pixel pitch, its just the result of spreading 1920x1080 pixels on a 22" (diagonal) display. No DVI is a bigger problem.

I use the first monitor on your list, but have no experience/knowledge of the others. That Asus is a very nice monitor though, but the Stand is not the best and could be a problem for you if you need to adjust it regularly.
 
LG is a cheap Chinese company. Their stuff sucks,, and displays will die or be defective. A TV will die , its just cheap parts from China dont buy
