Does It Matter?

I've decided to go with a ATI Radeon 7000 32MB for an older P2 machine I've upgraded to the limit. I've searched extensively for one and, it being a discontinued item, I've found one very hard to locate. I'd really rather not consider the Saphire, Gigabyte and Power Color facsimiles of this card but they appear to be the only ones available. What would I sacrifice by going with the chipset but not the name? Anything?

It doesn't matter what brand you choose as long as the specs are similar to the BBA version.
