Does it Exist: BX Mobo with AGP in MATX Form Factor?

I'm looking for a MATX board with a BX chipset and an AGP slot, but can't determine whether they were ever produced. Socket 370 preferred, but slot one is possible. On-board sound would be good but isn't necessary. Please shoot me the manufacturer and model number if you're aware of any. Thanks.

There is one like the ASUS P2B-VM (good luck if you can still find it), but is there any reason why you don't want a micro-ATX board with the i815E chipset instead?

Thanks, Andy. I think I saw a P2B-VM on the FS/FT forum a few months ago, before I was looking. I might get an 815, but I'm basically a BX throwback, currently running 2xBX-133's, a P2B-DS and a P3B-F, all at 133mhz FSB. I really like their stability and ease of use.
