When people put lol/rofl/lmao in the middle of a sentence, or as part of a sentence, it really bugs me. It looks stupid, and the way ATOT works, they generally look like jerks.
E.G.: read NewsMonster's posts in the second and third pages. The lols just make him look even more stupid.
When the LOL or the ROFL or whatever is separate, I'm not bugged as much - like, when people read one of Brutuskend's rare good jokes (😉) and respond with
LOL :beer:
I'm fine. But when people try to integrate it into sentences, that just ticks me off.
