Saw it on 4chan a week ago. Get with the times, newfag!
What is a "newfag"?
It means he just started sucking dick, as opposed to the GodlessAstronomer whos been sucking it for years.
In the dick-sucking community its amusing for senior dick-suckers to make fun of junior dick-suckers.
Hence the coy expression "newfag".

OH LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME, I ROLL ON 4CHAN!

Funny thing is most of the people here that mention 4CHAN are the biggest bitches of the net. If 4CHAN was not anonymous they'd be all crying and wanting to slit their wrists.

I wish 4chan didn't become so popular now...I can almost guess some of the junk that probably came from one of our tools.

New to a guy who's name has old in it, maybe. But weren't you the one just debating the principal of a newfag?

edit: and I thought you were going to stfu.

What is a "newfag"?

Are you extremely dense or just being an intentionally obtuse asshole like usual? Here's a hint - separate the word into it's component syllables. Try to figure out what I was trying to convey from there.

My comment was meant in jest, by the way.
So it's OK to call people fags now? It used to be a banning offense.

It was a joke, how about we let the guy who the comment was directed at decide whether or not he should be offended.

Jeez, you're probably the same sort of person who bitches about "pussification of America" and overly liberal political-correctness, yet if you get the chance to jump at a forum member you don't like, your principals fly out the window and you go bitching to the mods about a faux insult. Go troll someone else's posts olds.

OP, didn't mean to derail your thread. I laughed my ass off when I first saw that picture

That rant was as weak as your "pound symbol" thread. Grow up.

I saw what it was, and I'll try to tell you enough while not getting in trouble. Remember that story about how Obama put out that audio version of his book, so people got to hear him say incredibly black things? I think what spidey posted was just one of those lines, but out of context it looked pretty bad.

something about a babe, getting banned while touching herself at night, popping out of an air conditioner, better nate than lever, inside of a nested quote wrapped in an alternator-sized hunk of bulk beef

The policy on 'i love you'?

The former appears to be a joke, although I word itself is somewhat distasteful, I don't believe it was intended as a serious personal insult against loki8481.

Although it was meant as a joke, the poster of the former was immediately and strongly warned not to repeat his actions by pm.

He truly didn't know that his target was actually gay. When he found out, he apologized directly and unambiguously in that very same thread, saying:

I really didn't know that you were a gentleman of a certain persuasion. Boy, is there egg on MY face.

So, no, OP, using the word as a hurtful and outright slur directed at another poster's personal sexual orientation won't fly here.

But . . . since the word, especially in its "ghey" variation, has taken on the decidedly different meaning of "weak" or "lame", and since saying something like "Stop fagging up the thread" can also mean "stop being needlessly flamboyant", there will always be a large "grey" area of usage wherein context and intent will have to be somehow "divined" by the mod on the beat at the time.

You are always welcome to bring any example you think crosses the line to our attention, and we will do our best to respond constructively.
