Does having say 14 bots running absolutely kill your fps in CS:S?

I've played with 7 bots before no problems, just tried 14 for some variety, and my fps really took a hit

9800 pro, 1GB RAM, and a 2.1GHz Axp...


also a really n00besque question

how do i kill all the bots after i die, is there an easy keyboard shortcut like in old skool CS?

I have run dust with like 20 bots without a problem. I think it might be your cpu that's the problem, bots require more cpu time then gpu time.

the bots CSS are REALLY CPU bound. So yeah with an AXP only at 2.1 your really going to need more CPU power to run better. As for the commang to kill them after you die? I have no idea, I don't ever play solo vs bots.
