Does google chrome not auto-update?

This thing has been out for a while.. and have yet to see a single update. Am I suppose to be manually downloading patches? Or is there really nothing yet?
Is the final version set to be released in 2084?

I like it.. but damn.. the bugs are getting irritating. Yes, I know it's a beta, but don't betas usually get common updates?

Ok, it appears to not be beta. lol. Thought it was.

Because of bugs I can't completely stop using other browsers yet.
I can't upload files on many sites, cant add links on atot..
In some forums I will type a message, hit submit and it submits nothing. Then have to open a different browser, navigate back to the site, log in, re-type it...

lol, I seriously thought it was still beta.. was giving it a chance. Now that I see that it's out of beta and is still full of bugs.. it's about to get un-installed.

Go to About Chome and there you can manually update it, if it detects there's a newer version.

What I can't stand is the ridiculous CPU usage for anything Flash-based. I love the interface and the start page with thumbnails, and the easy incognito mode.

From what I can tell Google Chrome auto updates silently if you have auto update turned on. I'm running 1.0.154.36 and I can upload and add links on ATOT, maybe the PEBKAC?
