What does taking those little ginsing extract glass bottles do for you? Does it give you energy? Any long term health benefits or affects?

The effects of Ginsing are very subtle. Provided that you keep using it consistantly and in moderation, you will feel a change.

Of course it works. People spend millions on it every year so it's a very lucritive product. Oh, you mean does it work for the consumer. Sure, but so do placebos. It might have some effect on your body but in my opinion there are better ways of being healthy.

well that arguement that placebos work can be done for any product on the market. as for does ginseng help with blood circulation? For me yes. I've been taking ginseng for many years now (5-6). I drink it as a tea though. Fresh brewed. Never tried the bottled kinds. Ginseng is a hot 'food'. It heats you up. I tend to get very warm after drinking it. And yes I do see that my energy and 'stamina' have improved over the years. But that could also be due to practice as well ;)
