he pauses between sentences, is this planned, or due to the next sentence not being processed yet? Should he increase his ram or decresace the coding difficulty?

No, I think its just from trying to speak MOHAA when his mouth is a Voodoo 1K.

That's the funniest play on words I've EVER heard. Good job!

EDIT: Actually, it seems like Bush is trying to run XP on his old Pentium 166MMX. It works, but it's slow.

Definitely needs to increase the RAM and up the processor speed. Adding drive space wouldn't hurt, either, and installing new soundcard drivers (and replacing the old ISA soundcard with an Audigy) would probably clear up some of the static. :D

Wow my speech teacher in High School was actually right about something. "You may be a very smart person, but if your bad at giving speeches you come off looking like an idiot"

It's planned quite often, he just has bad timing and delivery ;) However, I suspect considering his daily agenda, and flying all over the planet never knowing what time zone he's in, that he does a damn site better job than you and I could were our positions reversed :)

He pauses because he doesn't really have a full grasp on the issues. Cheney and his other croanies are the ones running the country. Bush is just a figure head.

He fumbles more than his father, but he has a much better way of connecting with his audience compared to G. H. W. B. Neither of them compare to Regan or Clinton at making speeches though.

Bush Jr is getting better at them though compared to last year at this time.

Good thing he appointed them.

Good thing he appointed them.

The puppeteer chooses the puppet. Not the other way around. The Republican Party put all their eggs in the Bush basket a long time ago, for the simplest of reasons: he could win, and he could be controlled. Don't ever, for one second, think that Bush has anything to do with how this country is run.

HAHAHAHAHAHA. You are more pathetic every time you post. He's doing a good job in most areas, not a great job in anything but the war effort, but a good job and all the hold-it-in-your-mouth-till-it-goes-limp- liberals like you just can't stand it. Keep posting your moronic rant, it's good for at least a daily laugh.

Don't ever, for one second, think that Beebrain has anything to do with intelligence.

Or in Bush's case if you are an idiot you come off looking like an idiot no matter what! Thank god he has a good team behind him.

Let freedom ring as long as it's a rich corporation that has the bell. But hell all politicians are the same. Power corrupts - absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Let's see, two Ivy League degrees, pilot, govenor of Texas, President of the United States ( you know the guy who appointed that "good team") Yeah I can see where it would be easy to classify him as an idiot. I would be the first to admit that he is not even close to being a good public speaker but he does get his point across if not in his speeches then in his actions. For all of you who like to sit and bash him, remember this: He has done more for this country today than you have in your entire pathetic little lives. Think about that before you open your mouth to ridicule him.
