I have heard that it fits and that it doesnt fit unless you cut away some of the ide controller's plastic part with a utility knife. Or does it not fit? Can anyone tell me for sure? thanks

I'm currently running a PNY Ti 4400 on my K7S5A. It's a bit cramped where the IDE ports are, but it fits!

Sweet. Was hoping it would work because 1. it's cheap, 2. It's supposed to be good , and 3. It supports sdr and drr so i can wait it out for awhile and hope ddr is not such an rip off in the next couple months.

One word of caution; get a good Power Supply. Especially since you are going to be putting a high performance video card in that system. The K7S5A is already a bit finicky about power, so don't skimp in this area or you will have some headaches. Just a word of caution, but it is indeed a fine board.

I've got a basic single fan 300W Enermax PSU and I'm having no problems at all. I agree that the IDE connector placing is very poor...my Radeon 7500 almost prevents the IDE cables from being inserted.
