Does Fios throttle torrents?

I'm looking into FIOS right now...and I'm curious, does it throttle torrents?

Yup....I used to live in the center of boston. No fios. That said, if I could get rid of fios to move back to boston, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Same here in Cambridge. But in Boston, I believe you have the choice of Comcast, Time Warner and RCN. I only have Comcast. 🙁

There is no scheduled role-out in RTP either, yet it's available in BFE, Virginia

What's really annoying is when you get advertisements for FIOS on TV saying that it is now available in your area but its really not 🙁

I know I've seen FiOS and Qwest commericals and always yell at them, such teases. All we have is Crap Warner.
