Nope. Just ask my boss.

If I hadn't used my comp day 2 weeks ago, I'd be at 4 months straight.

Not bad on the money side though. I've got to work a full day on the 4th too.

I would only think sameday service would deliver.

Paulson, theres a difference between "works" and "delivers". UPS works on saturdays and sundays in the hubs, but no actual deliveries take place.
 
sameday service in some areas is 365 days a year. all other express services there is no delivery on the 4th.

FedEx SameDay shipments can be scheduled for holiday delivery, subject to availability. A $50 special handling fee applies for holiday delivery.
