One of the things I observe among other males that's gotten more and more pronounced in the internet age, is a focus on sex completely divorced of even the slightest clue about actual relationships.

So the approach is a babified one from the get-go. Some guy of not great physical appearance, below average wit and intelligence, with the idea that his pizza delivery job is going to lead to models blowing him because he saw that happen in a porn... No clue what-so-ever about having a normal relationship with someone realistically in their leauge...

That guy is just NEVER going to get any. Then these types get all mad and want to lash out.

We've all probably come across a few types like this.

I once worked with a guy who was a hopeless case, but me at the time being too naive to realize it, hooked this guy up on a double date with my girlfriend's friend. He was one of those always complaining about no dates types and I felt sorry for him.

This was before the internet in everyone's pocket and the set up was litterally as good as it will *ever* get for an average guy like this. My girl's friend was smoking hot, she'd been out of the dating scene and isolated for months. She was curious to meet someone (and according to my gf ready to get it on) basically, the perfect setp on a silver platter

This guy shows up and has absolutely no clue how to interact with her. I don't mean just shy or awkward -she'd have probably found that endearing- just fucking clueless. He didn't ask her a single question, talked only about himself, acted like an ass, mostly ignored her... just the gamut of clueless dipshit stuff.

Not only did this idiot ruin the night for himself, he ruined it for all of us. She was upset, my girl was pissed I invited this assclown, and instead of at her house getting it on, they drove home pissed and I had to drive shithead home.

And on the way this idiot starts giving me the list of superficial things he didn't like about the girl "nose too big, tits too small" the typical clueless asshole stuff. Let's say you're the average warm-blooded male and you severely regret your decision to have become a priest for a religion that requires its priests to be celibate. Your choices are:

1 - Leave the church, find a normal job (and/or find some other way to serve your god) and get laid.
2 - Don't leave the church and get laid (e.g. go to another city and find a pro if need be).
3 - Suck it up and be faithful to your promise.

The modern-day Catholic religion's problem IMO is/was that word got around that paedos can do what they do, have easy access to the vulnerable, still keep their jobs and the church would even take steps to protect their welfare and habit by hushing the whole thing up and moving them to another part of the country when they got caught in the act. In short, it was a safe haven for those with an incredibly risky fetish to engage in.

I'd be surprised if there's any evidence to support the idea that priests become so desperate to get some that they have a screw break loose and become sexually attracted to children (aside from the fact that modern society provides so many easy ways to anonymously get some in a completely consensual manner).
