does directv HD recievers allow output from HDMI and component at the same time?

Like can I be watching something HD and in the next room they be able to get it off of component?
Also is there a way to modulate a HD signal over coax and be able to distribute it to the rest of the house?

My DirecTV HD DVR does output on both at the same time.

The HR20 & HR21 do, but I don't know about the newest one.
