Does Celeron E1400 run on Core 2 Duo mobos?

Based on the Wikipedia article on the Celeron CPU, I believe that a Celeron E1200 or E1400 should work in any motherboard that supports a Core 2 Duo processor. Can anybody confirm this for me? Or please correct me if I'm wrong!

Sumple answer, yes. Although some boards may need a bios update to recognize them as celerons.

I'm posting from an E1200 @ 3216 MHz on a P965 P5B-D.

And yes, if it does C2Ds, i'd be shocked if it didn't run the Celeron duallies.
