I've done a little searching for a notebook friendly video-in component and can't find anything besides USB TV tuners. Does anyone know of any option w/o a tuner? Thanks.
 
Try searching for the MARGI series of cards, if not just google PCMCIA video capture. The margi cards normally require a ZV enabled pcmcia slot (zoomed video)
