Does BEER ever make you really tired???

Man I had one pounder and a duck fart at lunch this afternoon and I could barely make it home,
when I did get home I practically slipped into a coma that was painfull to awaken from.

I don't know what it is lately seems like beer just puts me to sleep, am the only one?

Lunch in general makes me tired. Beer with lunch and I'm right out. Other times sometimes it makes me tired, sometimes not.

Yep. Immediately after starting it riles me up a bit and makes me want to do something, but after a few hours generally all I want to do is go right to sleep. It puts me OUT.
