Does ATI have 1:1 pixel matching?

I have a 1950XT coming soon and I game on a widescreen.

There are a handful of games that can only be played on 4:3. Can ATI put up black bars on the side through the drivers?

Not always, depends of monitor's ability. I found ATi's drivers to be worse in that matter.

It's dependent on the monitor's scaling options entirely.
