Yes, I checked: The perscription contains .12% chlorhexidine gluconate, in addition to the main hp & some fillers.

I think I read somewhere(back of a prescription bottle of hp), that prolonged use can yellow teeth.
I don't think that would be possible. H2O2 is a bleacher, that's what it does.

We have a gallon of 35% H2O2(normal stuff is 3%) that I use for just about everything having to do with sterilization/bleaching.

It will turn your skin white if you get it on you.

you mean oxidizer. it'll oxidize things. think oxyclean.
Yeah, I know, but saying it oxidizes things wasn't as clear as saying "bleaching".

It oxidizes the pigments.. I guess.

If I need to kill whatever is stanking up my mouth, I just grab some good old unflavored yellow Listerine. It's murder on the mouth, and whaterver bacteria had been living there.

The key is not killing bacteria, but getting OXYGEN in your mouth. If you oxidize your mouth AND disinfect it, your breath will be much much better and sweeter. Trust me...it came straight from my dentist, and it's worked for me since March. 50/50 mix H2O2/listerine.

The H2O2 attacks and oxidizes any organic matter in your mouth, in addition to killing anaerobic(bad) bacteria. That's why it's better than Listerine for bad breath. It helps get rid of the source; rotting sh!t in your mouth.. lol

The Listerine kills, well, just about everything it touches. But it's more or less just a coverup for bad breath.

I use dihydrogen monoxide, works great and no odor.

Where can I buy some of this stuff?

are you serious?

and i think H2O2 is poisonous. if you re serious, stop using it.

LOL.
Dude, dihydrogen monoxide is water. It's not poisonous. Hydrogen peroxide is but do you really swallow your mouthwash? If so you are gonna get poisoned if you use Listerine or any other commercially available mouthwash.

They are not poisonous unless you swallow them. What do you think teeth bleaching gel are made off?

I have some extra... I'll send you a whole fuggin gallon of it for $50 shipped via PayPal.

I have some reclaimed dihydrogen monoxide that I can sell you for cheaper if you want to save a buck. It's a little more salty than the pure stuff and not quite as clear.
