Who keeps track of all the money that is being donated to the Tsunami mess. India clearly won't take it, and the whole world sends it like they've got it to burn. Seems to me that it would be very easy for some crooked politicians to skim off a few million and no one would be the wiser... enter Kofi Annan...

I doubt it is dropped from C=130 aircraft all along the coastline like leaflets...

some will get rich from this disaster , that is for sure

Last night, ABC news showed one organization receiving envelopes full cash (20s and 50s). You know some sizeable portion of that is being pocketed!
 
Second thought: I bet 10 cents to every dollar goes to the UN's "Tsunami for Food" program. Kofi Anan's son will make another few mill!
 
Well, the CEO of AMRC makes 30x as much as the CEO of the Salvation Army. But then again, they handle a lot more stuff.
 
...been wondering about that my self..try to avoid any orgs. assoc.with the UN..UN has been collecting money for years..where is it..where did it go??..where are the open books??
