Does anyone out there Surf?

I surf, but since i'm in Floriduh, I have plenty of time between swells. Weekend warriors or not, am I alone?

Not me, the waves where I go the beach just aren't right for it. I boogie board a lot though, does that count?

Yes, I would consider myself a serious surfer (even though my board of choice is a bodyboard).

I have been back in Cali more than a year after 8 years on Oahu's North Shore. I was considered local at Pipeline and part of the regular crew there. I surfed the first reef as big as it gets but preferred waves under ten feet (Hawaiian Size 10 feet = 20 feet plus on the face).

Now, I regularly ride waves again in La Jolla (San Diego). I should be back on the North Shore this coming winter for a few months. Surf this Winter in Cali has been good (except for some long breaks between swells - swell coming up tomorrow).

Yes, actually I surf the web everyday.....It's pretty cool and since I have a cable modem, it's pretty fast also.
All kidding aside, no I live in NY so I'm not used to surfing here. the weather's always too cold here, and when it's nice, the waves sucks.
