I searched thru Newegg for 2 hours and got a headache.
I wish Addtronics made black versions of thier 6896A

Mobo drawer is almost limited to the above $100. + shipping category unless you can find a Kingwin 424 or the similar Beantech Igloo out there somewhere. This Skyhawk has the mobo drawer, toolless card slots (if you consider thumbscrews in the category of toolless) and a removeable HDD rack, but that's it from your list.

If you can do without the drawer, then look at the Silverstone SST-TJ04 or the CM Mystique. And check the R560x units via the Rosewill thread here or the CM Centurion line if you'd rather not pay that much.

Not hard to make things black - have spray paint will travel...
