Does anyone make a 1600MHz (PC3-12800) 8GB memory stick (laptop ddr3)

Does anyone make a single-stick 8gb/1600mhz memory module that would fit in a laptop DDR3 204-pin sodimm slot?

I have found a few single stick 8gb laptop modules that are reated for 1333mhz, but so far no 1600mhz ones.
