i think if you stick epsom salts up your nose, you are going to cause some damage

that article mentioned a Dr. with "Emser" in his name, so maybe it is a formulae named after him or something

lol u don't really stick emser salt into ur nose, you actually put that with warm water, so you wash you nose with that, so for people with sinus problem , it would be really good ...
but the problem is can't seem find that esmer salt here in US..
