Does anyone know what type of heatsink the next AMD will use?

Any info on the next socket yet? what will the athlon 64 use? will it work with current sinks?

All I know is that the heatsinks are NOT compatible with Athlon XP. A64 will use the Opteron socket 940 (a.k.a. Opteron socket, until true A64 boards arrive in quantity), then 939 for dual channel, and 740 I believe for single channel.

The Zalman CNPS7000 will work on the Socket 740, and includes the hardware to mount it, if you are interested.
