Hi there, I just want to consult the experts out there, whether they know what the following message is:

exception OE occurred at 0028:E5A2AA3F8 in VxD AFVXD(01) + 00002938. This was called from 0028:C001C404 in VxD NDIS(01) + 00004860 It may be possible to continue without restarting.

I press a key to continue but it black screens and fails to return to the desktop.
It appears when I'm surfing the net using 98SE, and DSL connection. I would appreciate if someone could point me in the direction of the problem as I don't know what this blue screen indicates-maybe video driver, overheating, or just browser/os instability. Thanks for any help in advance.

Not sure what that error indicates but you can use the process of elimination. I would start with your overclocked 750 Duron. Try running at 750.

Sorry I forgot to mention that it's on another system, tbird800 + A7v. It's not o/c'ed so I figure it's something else. Thanks for your attention guys(or gals).
