Since I got laid off on Monday I need a new job. Bank One is hiring a bunch of people currently and the background requirements listed completely fit my profile. Curious if anyone knows what these type of positions pay and what they entail? If it's worthwhile I might go check it out tomorrow. Thanks in advance if anyone knows.

I'd imagine they're not tellers, but people that give out loans and set up accounts and such..

I may be way off, but banks typically pay good money..hope things work out for the best for you!

Thanks GoldenBear, since I haven't started looking yet and happened upon this one by accident, it can't hurt to check it out. I think I'll go tomorrow.

yep... latest buzzword.

Your mission in that job is to "enhance your customer relationship". I.E. - wart and nag the pee out of them until they surrender and transfer all of their financial items to your institution.

Key attributes: Ability and willingness to ferret out exact what accounts a customer has, willingness to gloss over unpleasant aspects of your institutions offerings (ridiulous Credit card APR, etc.)

You must not surrender until they have transferred their:
Mortgage (1st & 2nd), Home equity Loan, Credit Cards, Checking Account, Debit Card, Student Loan, Home Improvement Loan, IRA Account, Small Business Checking, Personal Savings, Brokerage Account and Auto Loan.
