Does anyone know this song?

Been searching for this song for ages now, but I cannot find it anywhere or on any lyrics site like I usually do.

It's on a local tv advert, and the lyrics go like this:
"and the sun was shining... hey, hey,... life just twists then turns away"
for about three loops.
