Does anyone know of a good tutorial on how to use Wise Studio?

Ok, I'm starting to get frustrated. Wise is not the easiest app to pick up and go with. Does anyone have any good guides for Wise and how to create packages with it, specifically msi packages? I've gone through a few online, but they pretty much suck. This is Wise 7 BTW.
