Does anyone know how to tell where 2 lines intersect on a TI-83?

My teacher told us how today but I didn't have my graphing calc with me and forget how he did it. He would like hit enter 3 times and it would ask him for a guess but if you keep hitting it it will give you exactly where they intersect.

Yeah you gotta click above and below the intersection..but i forget how to do it now. And I need new batteries for my calc :\

On the graph screen, hit MATH> INTERSECTION
It'll ask for the first curve, then the second curve, and a guess. Put the guess close to the intersection and it'll tell you the X and Y at the intersection.
